​I am a visually impaired Massage Therapist. This helps to enhance my sense of touch to locate any muscle problems.

I have 13 year’s experience working as a Sports and Deep Tissue Massage Therapist.  Having qualified many years ago with an NVQ in Instructing Exercise and Fitness and ITEC Level 3 in Holistic Massage,  Anatomy and Physiology, Indian Head Massage, Sports Massage.

Over the years I have completed many CPD course such as Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Myofacial Release and Seated Acupressure.

 

I have developed a sound knowledge in body work and have a wide range of practical hands on skills to elevate any pain such as sciatica, muscle pain, release of lactic acid, lower and upper back pain and certain injury, etc.

I am also experienced in working with people who have disabilities, including wheelchair users. Treatments can be given while sitting in your wheelchair, no need to transfer.
